NCEP15T14 NCE 150V 140A N-Channel Power MOSFET TO-220

The NCEP15T14 is a high-current 150V N-Channel Super Trench Power MOSFET manufactured by Wuxi NCE Power Semiconductor (NCE).

Designed for efficient power switching applications, the NCEP15T14 combines high current capability with low drain-source on-resistance. It supports a continuous drain current of up to 140A and features an RDS(on) of approximately 6.2mΩ at VGS = 10V, helping reduce conduction losses in high-power circuits.

The device is supplied in a standard TO-220-3L through-hole package, making it suitable for power supplies, motor control systems, inverters, DC-DC converters and other industrial power applications.
