When you submit a sourcing, BOM, inventory, purchase or contact request, HONGTE collects the contact details, company information, requirements and attachments you provide to review and respond to it.

How your information is used

Requests are available to the site administrator and processed through hosting, database, email-delivery and business-mailbox providers. New-request notifications are delivered to HONGTE’s designated business inbox so our team can respond. Customer-supplied files remain in protected admin storage; notification emails contain file-specific download links that expire after 30 days instead of attaching the original files. Do not upload confidential information beyond what is needed to assess your request. No advertising or marketing trackers are installed.

Local storage and cookies

Your cart is stored in your browser. An essential session cookie is used for administrator login. Customer submissions are saved on the server; they are not publicly displayed.

Access and deletion requests

Use the “Let’s talk” contact form and include your request reference to ask for access, correction or deletion. The administrator should verify your identity before responding.
