AOTL66912 AOS 100V 380A N-Channel AlphaSGT Power MOSFET TOLLA

The AOTL66912 is a high-performance 100V N-Channel Power MOSFET manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS) using advanced AlphaSGT™ trench MOSFET technology.

Designed for demanding high-current power switching applications, the AOTL66912 combines ultra-low on-resistance, high current capability and a wide Safe Operating Area (SOA). It supports a continuous drain current of up to 380A at 25°C and features a maximum RDS(on) of only 1.7mΩ at VGS = 10V, helping minimize conduction losses and improve overall system efficiency.

The device also provides up to 1520A pulsed drain current capability and a maximum power dissipation of 500W, making it suitable for applications requiring high inrush current and reliable high-power switching.

Supplied in a compact TOLLA surface-mount package, the AOTL66912 provides excellent thermal and electrical performance for high-current PCB designs.
