MOT7130T4 is a 150 V N-channel power MOSFET from MOT (Guangdong Renmao / 仁懋), supplied in a 16-lead TOLT package with an exposed top metal pad. It is intended for power-switching designs, including battery management, motor control and drive, and switching circuits.

The connection arrangement includes a separate Kelvin-source pin. The datasheet identifies pins 1–6 as Source, pin 7 as Kelvin Source, pin 8 as Gate, and pins 9–16 as Drain.

Selection guidance Gate threshold voltage is not the gate-drive voltage required to achieve the stated on-resistance. The RDS(on) values above apply at the specified 10 V gate drive and 40 A test current. Allowable operating current depends on temperature, cooling, PCB layout, switching conditions and the safe operating area. Verify electrical limits, pin assignment, thermal performance and package dimensions in the manufacturer's datasheet before completing a design.
